THE WOMAN WHO ATE SCOTLAND 2 -LEG 7 - DEESIDE TO HARBOURSIDE

This is one of the toughest of Nell's culinary experiences in Scotland.

She heads along to Ballater where she will take the Housewives Test of the Scottish Womans's Royal Institute. Making Pancakes! Will she pass?

Next day she heads to the Aberdeen fish market for a filleting lesson - the Silver Darling chef will then cook up whatever she has filleted!

Nell's final culinary experience of the day is boarding the ferry to Shetland and cooking in a North Sea swell.
