Nell meets her match as she samples fresh raw salmon prepared with a Japanese twist at the Loch Duart salmon farm.
Nell then heads south along the coast to Lochinver, for a lesson in the fine art of smoking fish and creates a smoked haddock tart.
After a cycle tour of the local area she heads to Mutiny winery for a lasage and tastring of the wine she brewed ealier in the series.
