The unique food of Shetland awaits Nell this week as she disembarks from the ferry and heads for a fish farm with a difference as she visits the innovative 'No Catch'.

Nell's culinary tour of Shetland includes cooking lamb from the hardy native Shetland sheep at the Herrieslea House Hotel. She'll also roll up her sleeves and try her hand at constructing Shetland bannocks with some life long crofters.
