The new product will be sold alongside Marshalls' established and successful Cheesey Macaroni brand in 190g packs retailing at around £1.10.
The new Cheesey & Ham Macaroni packs provide a quick, inexpensive and easy meal for 2-3 people in just 15 minutes. Consumers simply have to add milk and butter to the cheddar cheese and ham mix to prepare a tasty, traditional, comforting and hearty meal.
The launch of Cheesey & Ham Macaroni will be strongly supported by a major support programme that will include radio, press and lifestyle magazine advertising, consumer sampling at high-profile events such as the world-famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe and the BBC Good Food Show in Glasgow plus trade and consumer promotions.
The Marshalls brand is renowned for its excellent quality, value and its proud Scottish tradition and heritage, which stretches back to 1878 when the company was founded by Glasgow flour merchant James Marshall.
