MARSHALLS PASTA SUPPORTING JASON MACINTYRE

Marshalls Foods are pleased to announce that they are now one of the sponsers of Jason MacIntyre.

Jason is a triple British and multi Scottish Champion road / time trial cyclist. He lives in Fort William with his wife and twin daughters.

Jason was born in Lochgilphead in September 1973, he has lived in Fort William since the age of 10. He trained and finished his time as a printer/lithographer at Nevis Print in Fort William.

Jason was late to cycling taking to the road at the old age of 18, since then he has self coached himself and gradually progressed in the sport, winning the Tour of the North in Ireland at the age of 23. Jason was then forced out of the sport and was not able to return to cycling for three years.

Jason achieved selection to represent Scotland (in the Road Race & Circuit Time Trial) in the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. Jason won the British 25 mile Time Trial twice and was the first Scot ever to win the British Circuit race Time Trial Championship.

During December, January and February he will be in Winter Training and of course we will keep his carb intake up by supplying him with plenty of pasta.
