She then finds herself over Loch Lomond in a seaplane heading for Loch Voill, where Nell has a date with award winning chef Tom Lewis of the Monachyle Mohr Hotel. She'll cook the day's bag of game with a tasty sauce.

Nell is then guided through an expert whisky tasting and rounds off her journey at the Cairn O'Mohr Winery, where hedgerow ingredients make a delicious new type of country wine
