That evening Nell rests her weary limbs with a massage at a health spa.
Next day Nell's heading for Glamis where a local farmer is harvesting his crop of sea kale. After filling her panniers with this delicately flavoured vegetable Nell cycles a few miles to Castleton House Hotel to enjoy a meal of Tamworth pig pork, the hotel's own!
