3 CandiTV/Marshalls Pasta Riders finish Top 10

A fine finish to a great tour with Russell Downing finishing 6th, Peter Williams 8th & Malcolm Elliott 9th. CandiTV/Marshalls Pasta RT were the team of the day with Russell 5th overall, the highest placed British rider. He was also third in the points competition.
