1. The promotion will run from 01-02-12 to 29-02-12 inclusive. 2. Open to UK residents only, excluding employees and families of the Promoter and Pasta Foods. 3. By entering this promotion, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules. All entry instructions form part of these rules. 4. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend any aspect of this promotion without prior notice. 5. Participants that wish to receive further promotional materials / communications must opt in where shown on the entry form.

Terms and Conditions

1. Customers who enter their details as per the online form to Win a set of Marshalls pasta tins between 01-02-12 and 29-02-12 inclusive will be automatically entered into the prize draw, one entry per person. 2. Prize - 1 x prize of a set of 3 Marshalls pasta tins. 3. The draw will be made by an independent person, picking the winner at random from all valid entries submitted and received in accordance with the rules. The prize is non-transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. 4. No cash alternative will be offered. 5. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. 6. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date and all reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winners within 28 days. If a winner cannot be contacted in this time, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a winner. 7. Winner may be asked to participate in post promotional activity. 8.
