For the Macaroni
  1. Marshalls Cheesey Macaroni, 1 box
  2. Milk
  3. Butter
For the Pancakes
  1. Plain Flour, 2 cups
  2. Sugar, 1 tbsp
  3. Baking Powder, 2 tsp
  4. Salt, 1 tsp
  5. Milk, 2 1/2 cups
  6. Eggs, 2 large
  7. Butter, 2 tbsp, melted
  1. Cook your box of Cheesey macaroni according to pack instructions and leave to chill.
  2. Meanwhile, make your pancake mix by mixing together all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix all of the wet ingredients together.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until you get a thick pancake batter.
  4. Once the macaroni has chilled, add it to your pancake batter and mix thoroughly.
  5. Melt butter in a pan and add as much macaroni pancake mix as you like to form a round pancake.
  6. Fry on either side until dark-golden brown. Sprinkle extra cheese on top for extra cheesey-ness at this stage!
  7. Serve with a garnish of your choice and enjoy!
