Cheesey Mushroom and Kale Macaroni

  1. 1 box of Marshalls Cheesey Macaroni
  2. 50g Butter
  3. 75-90ml Milk
  4. 1 cup Kale, washed and prepared, roughly chopped
  5. 1 cup Chestnut Mushrooms, sliced
  6. 50ml Double cream
  7. 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  8. 1tsp. of Cayenne pepper powder
  9. Panko breadcrumbs
  10. 1 cup Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
  1. Make the cheesey macaroni according to box instructions.
  2. Add in your extra cheese and garlic and cayenne powder.
  3. Once cooked, add in your kale and mushrooms, with some double cream poured over it.
  4. Place into an oven-proof dish and sprinkle with extra cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese/breadcrumbs are crispy golden.
